DOA POLICY - ONLY APPLICABLE TO FISH $200 IN VALUE OR LESS
- In the unfortunate event you have a D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival), please send us an email with photo proof of the DOA within two (2) hours of delivery confirmation from the carrier. After receiving the photos we will advise what to do with the DOAs. Do not discard until instructed.
- IF DOAs are confirmed by us and photos sent in the 2 hours after delivery confirmation, we will issue a store credit or refund you the cost of the DOA livestock. Often we are able to replace the DOAs with the same or similar items.
- Failure to notify us within the 2 hour time period voids any guarantees. All Sales Are Final. We do not allow refunds on live sale orders. Live-sale pricing is discounted. All prices at checkout stand.
- All livestock orders must have video of the unopened box being cut open and the unopened bag showing the DOA.
- We are not responsible for DOAs due to carrier delay. No refunds of shipping charges will be issued.
- If we are unable to replace your DOA with a comparable item, we will credit your account for the full purchase price of the item as a credit on our website. Please be sure to ASK any questions you have regarding our DOA policy before ordering.
SALES
- All sales are final. No exchanges. No guarantees on colour accuracy as colours may vary slightly from WYSIWYG items due to light fixtures, settings, and tank environment. No refunds for deaths that occur during or after the acclimation process.
- Our prices are subject to change. We do our very best to ensure our products display correct prices and product information, but if you notice an obvious error such as a $1 product it's most probably a mistake. We reserve the right to suspend sales of incorrectly priced products until the correct information is established online. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- In rare occasions, if a coral is in poor health and condition, we will not ship the coral. We will offer the customer the option to purchase a different coral or provide a refund.

- Photos of any DOAs must be sent to us via email within 2hr of delivery, verified by the carrier. Once the photos are received , we will advise you what to do with the DOAs. DO NOT discard until instructed.
- If Exotic Aquarium World staff confirms the DOAs and photos are sent within 2 hr we will issue a store credit for the total purchase price minus any shipping charges. **Often we are able to replace the DOAs with the same or similar items plus shipping costs.**
- Failure to notify us within the 2hr time period will VOID any and all guarantees. No refunds will be given, only store credit.
- ALL livestock orders must have video of the unopened box being cut open and the unopened bag showing the DOA coral. Customers are expected to be preemptive when receiving shipped corals in order to have any possible DOA's Confirmed
- We are not responsible for DOAs due to carrier delay. In the event of DOA due to carrier delay , Exotic Aquarium World will claim zero responsibility
- No refunds of shipping charges will be issued.
- If we are unable to replace your DOA with a comparable item we will credit your account for the full purchase price of the item as a credit on our website.
